Yes, we provide COD for all orders within U.A.E.
However, we accept only credit card payments for international orders outside U.A.E.

AQUO has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any damage to the watch/wallet through rough use from your side. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please mention your order number when raising such request.

We can only change orders which have not yet been shipped. Please email us at info@myaquo.com or send us a message on Whatsapp at +971565691707 if you need to make any changes to an order and we will be happy to help as much as we can. Afterall, your happiness and satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

We wanted to ensure that our watches represent good quality when we designed the AQUO watches, so we use Japanese quartz movement in all our watches.

All our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty.

Straps
Our leather straps are made of genuine leather.
Our mesh / metal belts are made of stainless steel.
Glass
The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.

The CFX wallets are made of real carbon fiber and aluminium, and the money clip is made with spring steel.
